    Product photos appearing on the site may differ slightly from actual products due to differences in colour representations generated by computer monitors. Product photos are provided as indications only.

    AbleSee may not be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information found on the site.

    AbleSee does not guarantee the availability of products and/or services presented on the Website, whether upon order or after an order has been placed. AbleSee may cancel an order at any time or limit the availability of products and services purchased and/or for sale at its own discretion.


  4. Prices Listed on the Site

    As a courtesy, prices on the site are listed in several currencies. The prices indicated in currencies other than the Canadian dollar are provided as indications only and do not reflect up-to-date exchange rates, which vary constantly. Please note that all orders are invoiced in Canadian dollars. If you reside in a country other than Canada, an exchange rate towards the local currency of that country will be applied automatically by your credit card company.

    Québec residents must add GST and QST to the prices listed on the site while all other Canadian residents must add GST to the prices indicated on the site. People residing outside of Canada are not required to add any taxes to the prices listed on the site.

    Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.


  5. Payment

    When placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount of your order (price of products, shipping costs and applicable taxes) as indicated on the site at the time of the order. You also agree to honour your contract with your financial institution (credit card issuer).


  6. Delivery

    Shipping costs are assumed entirely by the purchasing party. The purchaser is also responsible for any and all customs charges applicable on deliveries outside of Canada.

    All shipments are made via Canada Post and must be delivered to a postal address (street address); post office boxes are not accepted.

    Depending on product availability, an order will be prepared for delivery in less than 5 working days. AbleSee will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping supplier (Canada Post).


  7. Warrantee and Refund

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we delivered, we will refund the purchase price of the product if the request is made 10 days of less after the delivery. Shipping fees are assumed entirely by the purchasing party including the fees to return the product to AbleSee.


  8. Limited Liability

    In all cases, the height of AbleSee's liability resulting from the purchase and/or use of its products and/or services is limited to a refund of the purchase price.


  9. Intellectual Property and Authorised Use of the Site

    The www.beaujoie.com Website is made available for personal use and legal purposes only.

Any disputes between the user and AbleSee will be submitted before competent Québec jurisdiction, in the district of Longueuil, Québec, Canada. All competencies provided and decisions rendered by the courts in matters relating to dispute resolution are exclusive and final.
